In addition, urban river management lags behind the city construction, forming drainage outlet, and downstream impeded drainage old and maintenance problems, such as poor will torrential rain during city water. While aiming at these problems, in addition to popularize the use of permeable shop outfit, strengthen the rainwater collection using outside, update, perfecting the urban drainage system is also the main countermeasures for solving the urban water one.
Beijing many flyovers adopted a sunken type, running sunken under way in a heavy rain, horizontal, overpasses area became water out. Urban rainwater drainage system planning and design research, has been locked in the city overpass area and the partial cloverleaf intersection regions already built real-time data tracking and simulation data.then, then draws targeted seeper point reconstruction scheme. "We can use a new computer system is simulated calculation, a big rain water, can accumulate where will how deep water to traffic of impact. Again according to the actual situation of these seeper point reform." ZhangXiaoXin said.
Due to the underground pipes are generally located in the basements 1.5 meters to 3.5 meters position, want to undertake reform must observe the construction, but for overpass, it directly on pipeline network reconstruction is perhaps the most economical way.
Transformation key district no longer "JiYu ChengYuan"
Frequent emergence of extreme weather, caused the every year in governance seeper points, but when the still appear seeper dot. Facing the instantaneous heavy rains caused water and then forming road congestion, this city related department a year into full swing rescue. But light by rescue after all, not fundamental way.

Petrology,
Overpass seeper will be key cracked
Whether officials, or net friends draws the outline of "water", a map of this city show last year, when the city in at least 50 place seeper, jams for several hours.
Poor drainage water can cause, and evaluation of a drainage capacity index is "runoff coefficient", runoff coefficient refers to catchment area of rain water and certain ratio of rainfall, simply, is through the runoff coefficient, can see how much rain is not the ground directly absorb, and formed the water on the ground. ZhangXiaoXin say, because of the ground more city are hardening and surfacing and less land area, infiltration, resulting in urban rainwater weak ability JianSheOu comprehensive runoff coefficient tall.
